HONG KONG ZHI HUAXI NGTONG NETWORK CorporationTECHNOLOGYCO.,LIMITED may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account at any time if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines or any other policies. We may do this without notice if we consider grounds for this are serious, or we will try to give you reasonable notice if the grounds are less serious.

Serious grounds include, but are not limited to:

if we reasonably believe you have violated, or we have objective grounds to reasonably believe you are about to violate, these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines or any other policies, including any incorporated agreements, policies or guidelines which form part of these terms;

if activities occur on your account which would or might cause damage to or impair us or our Services or infringe or violate any third party rights (including intellectual property rights); or

in response to valid requests by law enforcement or other government agencies.

If we terminate or suspend your account, we will notify you in advance in order to allow you time to access and save your information and content unless your account is terminated for serious grounds or if or we have reason to believe that continued access to your account will cause damage to us or our Services, or violate requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, applicable laws or regulations or third party rights. If your account is terminated, access to your username, password, and any related information or content associated with your account may be terminated. As we do not guarantee the permanent availability of your content, you should make backups of any content you value.

3. Premium Services, Billing and Cancellation

Some of the Services are provided to you free-of-charge, while other Services require payment before you can use them (“Premium Services”). You may register an account and subscribe to our paid Premium Services via Apple Store or Google Play in order to benefit from advertising-free reading experience. Your membership fees to the Premium Services will be billed monthly and are exclusive of taxes, and you agree that we may charge you any applicable taxes in addition to the Premium Services fees. Your membership to the fees of Premium Services will be automatically continued until cancelled or terminated. You must cancel your membership before the end of the current billing period in order to avoid billing of the Premium Services fees for the next billing period. To the extent permitted by applicable law, memberships fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods.

You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the Premium Services until we have successfully charged a valid payment method. For some payment methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your payment method. Check with your payment method service provider for details.

Subject to the policy of Apple Store and Google Play, you may cancel your membership to Premium Services at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Premium Services through the end of your then current billing period. To cancel, go to the setting of Apple Store and Google play, and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership to Premium Services, your account will automatically close at the end of your then current billing period.

Subject to the policy of Apple Store and Google Play, we reserve the right to change our terms of Premium Services, in whole or in part, or adjust pricing for our Premium Services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms, we will provide you prior written notice of any price change or change to your Premium Services at least 30 days before such change comes into effect. Such notice will be provided by posting the changes on our mobile application and/or websites.

4.  Proprietary Rights
The Services are owned and operated by HONG KONG ZHI HUAXI NGTONG NETWORK CorporationTECHNOLOGYCO.,LIMITED. Unless otherwise explicitly specified by HONG KONG ZHI HUAXI NGTONG NETWORK CorporationTECHNOLOGYCO.,LIMITED, all materials that are included in, or otherwise a part of, the Services, including past, present, and future versions, domain names, source and object code, the text, site design, logos, graphics and icons and all registered and unregistered intellectual property rights related to these (collectively, "HONG KONG ZHI HUAXI NGTONG NETWORK CorporationTECHNOLOGYCO.,LIMITED Content"), are owned, controlled and/or licensed by HONG KONG ZHI HUAXI NGTONG NETWORK CorporationTECHNOLOGYCO.,LIMITED.
